AI Scholar program empowers curious junior high and high school students by exposing them to innovative new technology. Our program, developed and taught exclusively by a team of alumni and graduate students from Stanford and MIT, provides guidance on initiating AI projects, pursuing AI ventures and preparing for college.
Machine Learning Talks: Learn about machine learning algorithms and techniques in a uniquely interactive, engaging format before you apply that knowledge in live coding labs.
Hands-On Python Coding: Develop valuable skills in Python, machine learning, and artificial intelligence in our hands-on coding labs, using cutting-edge research to solve real-world problems like heart disease prediction, assistive technologies, and more.
Project-Based Learning: In our final capstone project, students will be able to apply their newly acquired talents in a collaborative, challenging environment, applying AI to an in-depth project.Examples include allocating resources for disaster relief, sketch recognition, or creating a website to recommend movies.

AI Scholar Program helped me grasp fundamental AI concepts in just two weeks. I particularly enjoyed my time working in the Healthcare Project group, where I got to dive into the cross section of medicine and artificial intelligence. My experience was not only enlightening, but also enjoyable, and I hope to return to this program next year to expand my knowledge of AI.
I have never attended a program that makes AI so accessible for high school students. Not only did I learn how to build various models, I also understood how they worked and how I could apply them to my own passions for history and political science.
The AI Scholar Program was an incredible whirlwind of information. My team built and presented an AI model that recognizes human emotions. During the two weeks when I worked on this project, I not only learned about coding, but also formed connections with three project teammates from around the world.
